Triathlon Schedule:

Triathlon Season is upon us...Dust off bikes and get new running shoes and lets get training!

Starting Week of March 8:
12 & Overs practice will be T/TH 4;30-6PM Parker Rec Center
We will cycle and run during these practices depending on what the weather brings us. So pack warm clothes (gloves, hats, sweats......) If it is snowing or raining we will not cycle outdoors. When in doubt bring your bikes/helmets.
**Boys Varsity HS swimmers will swim 3:15-4:30pm/Tri 4:30-6pm and NOT return for 7-9pm swim (school work)

12 & Overs Additional practices will be held on:
Friday:  March 12, 26 April 2.9.23.& 30  4:30-6PM Parker Rec Center bike and run
Sat. March 27 April 3,10 1:00-2:30pm Castle Rock Grange Pool bike and run

Starting week of March 15:
11&unders practice T/TH 6-7pm (hopefully starting a week later day light savings will allow us more daylight) Parker Rec Center

Spring Break Practice Schedule:
March 22-26 M,T,TH 11&under practice 12noon-1pm  12& over 1-3pm
Friday and Sat. practice will follow above schedule for age-groups

Don't forget to register for your USAT lic. and get bikes tuned up.
