September 19, 2011 started a new season for Phenomena! We welcome back all current swimmer and welcome a great group of new swimmers!
The first 2 weeks will be getting in shape and paying attention to details!
The swimmers can expect some soreness and tired bodies....this is normal!
Remember as an athlete it is important to treat your body as such:
Nutrition is important! Eat healthy and your body will be able to train properly!
Drink lots of water! Bring water bottles to practice.
Get plenty of rest....go to bed early!

Weather:
If school is cancelled we will have no practice. If after school activities are cancelled (1pm the call is made) we will have no practice. If weather is bad be safe! Cancellation will be posted by 1pm.
